When visitors or students leave comments or interact on our website:

We collect the data shown in the comment forms, along with your IP address and browser user agent string to help detect and prevent spam.
An anonymized string (or hash) generated from your email address may be shared with the Gravatar service to verify if you are using it. You can review the Gravatar service privacy policy here: Automattic Privacy Policy. Once your comment is approved, your profile picture becomes publicly visible alongside your comment.

If you upload images or files to our website:

Comments & Metadata: If you leave a comment, it and its metadata are retained indefinitely so we can recognize and automatically approve follow-up comments instead of keeping them in a moderation queue.
Student Profiles: For registered students and users, we securely store the personal information provided in user profiles. You can view, edit, or delete your personal information at any time (except your username). Website administrators also have access to view and manage this data.

10. Admission & Academic Policy for Students

Welcome to your academic journey! To ensure a smooth path to success, please review our core guidelines:

A. Admission Mandate

Admission fees vary by course, remain valid for 60 days from payment, and are strictly non-refundable.
Courses must be completed within 365 days of paying the first EMI. Extensions require prior management approval via info@nexskillaiacademy.com.
Failing to complete the course within a year requires formal re-admission.

B. Academic Integrity & Rules

Attendance: Maintain a minimum of 75% attendance. Unforeseen leaves require written trainer approval.
Submissions: All assignments and projects must be submitted within deadlines set by your trainer.
Batch Changes: Students get only one free batch change (subject to availability). Further changes cost an additional INR 2500.
Grading System: Grades range from A (Excellent) to E (Rejected) based on performance, attendance, portfolio, and resume quality.
Material Access: Recorded sessions and study materials remain accessible for 30 days post-completion. An extra 30-day extension costs INR 2500.
Recording Ban: Downloading or screen recording live classes is strictly prohibited without exception.
Consecutive Absences: Missing 3 consecutive classes requires prior written permission sent to info@nexskillaiacademy.com.
WhatsApp Groups: Batch WhatsApp groups are unofficial communication channels; sharing personal data or privacy information in them is entirely at your own risk.

C. Placement Policy

Placement assistance requires submitting details through our designated format, along with your resume and portfolio links to your trainer.
Students receiving a grade below C are ineligible for placement assistance.
Clearing an interview arranged by the academy requires joining or attending subsequent rounds; failing to do so forfeits further placement support. Notify us at info@nexskillaiacademy.com upon securing a job.

D. Code of Conduct

Maintain professional and respectful behavior both on campus and online. Punctuality and appropriate professional dress codes are mandatory.
Handle institute property with care; damages will be recovered from the student.
Absconding Policy: Any communication from Nexskill AI Academy left unanswered for more than 3 days will be treated as an absconding case, leading to temporary pausing or removal from the batch.

E. Fee & Payment Regulations

EMI payments must be cleared within 3 days of the due date, failing which a late penalty of INR 500/- per day applies.
To pause a course, submit a written request 15 days in advance to info@nexskillaiacademy.com; otherwise, scheduled EMI deductions will proceed automatically.
All quoted fees are exclusive of applicable GST.
